Very disappointing and unprofessional service

I booked a cleaning appointment through the app in the morning for 4:00 PM, based on the available time slots shown. When 4:00 PM came, no one showed up. I contacted the professional directly, and she told me she was not even aware of the booking because the company had not contacted her.

I then reached out to customer service, but they were not helpful at all. I explained that I had guests coming over at night and needed someone to come immediately, but they were not attentive to my complaint and did not offer a real solution. They kept repeating that there was another appointment available at 7:00 PM, which was not what I needed or asked for.

The situation was handled very poorly. There was no effort to solve the issue. I felt like my complaint was not being listened to. This experience was extremely frustrating, and I will not be using this application again.

حجزت موعد تنظيف من التطبيق الصباح، واخترت موعد الساعة ٤ العصر لأنه كان ظاهر كموعد متاح. جاء وقت الموعد وما وصل أحد. تواصلت مع العاملة نفسها، وقالت لي إنها أصلًا ما كانت تدري عن الحجز لأن الشركة ما تواصلت معها.

بعدها كلمت خدمة العملاء وشرحت لهم المشكلة، خصوصًا إن عندي ضيوف بالليل وكنت أحتاج أحد يجي بنفس الوقت أو بأسرع وقت ممكن. للأسف ما كان فيه أي تجاوب فعلي أو محاولة لحل المشكلة. كانوا يكررون عليّ إن فيه موعد متاح الساعة ٧، وهذا مو الحل اللي طلبته ولا يناسب وضعي.

حسّيت إن الشكوى ما انسمعت، ولا كان فيه اهتمام أو دعم حقيقي. المشكلة كانت من سوء التنسيق بين التطبيق والعاملة، ومع ذلك ما حاولوا يعوضونني أو يوفرون بديل مناسب. تجربة جدًا مزعجة، وما راح أستخدم التطبيق مرة ثانية

Avoid this app if you want a reliable service .Absolutely unreliable and unprofessional

I am incredibly frustrated with this app. I have used them multiple times, and they always change or cancel my cleaning appointments at the absolute last minute. What makes it worse is the complete lack of communication. They cancel or reschedule without ever getting back to us to explain or offer a solution. My time is completely wasted waiting around for helpers who never show up when they are supposed to.

Nobody Arrived to the Appointment - twice!

I had an appointment, and after the grace period I called to ask about the service and I was informed the worker had a personal issue.
The appointment was rescheduled and again they were late. Again I called to ask, and was told the driver had an issue.
No one bothered to call or inform me ahead of time, they waited for me to call and had nothing to offer but unconvincing excuses.

للاسف لا يوجد مصداقيه لي شهرين ويماطلون فيني اكلمهم بمعدل مكالمتين بالاسبوع. ملخبطين بالباقات ولا ارسلو عاملات والغو مواعيدي وكل مره اكلمهم. يقولون نعتذر لذلك بنتواصل معك ولاكن للاسف لا رجعو المبلغ ولا كملوالخدمان من رمضان وهم يماطلونوكل مره ادق يقولون بنواصل ولاكن للاسف لا يوجد مصداقيه

They cancelled the appointment

حجزت شغالتين تنظيف عميق وتأخرو عن الموعد ، تواصلت مع دعم يمك وقالولي ان السائق بالطريق وانه راح يتأخر شوي و الشغالات راح يوصلون بعد نصف ساعه من التأخير ، بعد مرور نصف ساعه ما جابو الشغالات تواصلت معهم وقالولي نفس العذر انتظر نصف ساعه اخرى، وبعدها سحبو علي ومحد صار يرد علي ولا جات الشغاله و حاولت اتصل وقالولي انه انتهى وقت الدوام ومحد رد علي!!!!! حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

سوء خدمة

للأسف تابعت ٨ مرات على موضوع عدم حضور عاملة لخدمة مجدولة عن طريق التطبيق و التلفون و كل مرة يوعدون بأنه سيتم حل المشكلة و لا أحد يتابع. يكفي اللخبطة الناتجة عن عدم إشعاري بأن الخدمة ما رح يتم تقديمها، بعد هذا تأخذون فلوس الخدمة و لا ترجعونها و لا تقدموا حل بديل في وقت آخر. فيه مشكلة في التطبيق و استخدام الAI فيه إذا ما عرف يحل المشكلة. يفترض رد المبلغ بشكل تلقائي إذا الخدمة لم يتم تقديمها. و الأصح الاعتذار من العميل و إبلاغهم قبل بوقت. خدمة العملاء للأسف بس يبغوا يقفلوا الخط من غير ما يحلوا شيء.

Worst app

I booked a cleaning service at 9PM, i’ve been waiting for an hour its now 10PM the AI help on the platform doesnt do anything useful, the girl isnt answering me i wish she would get a 1 star rating, the driver isnt answering aswell and all people are busy to pick up my phone call, thats how many problems they have and unreliable their service is! I highly advise against using this app!

Not on time, they never show up

They’re not professional, and not on time. They never show up to their appointment and no one to reach out to. They don’t even care to follow up with their customer’s and the way they handle their business is unprofessional.

Very late and bad attitude

I booked cleaning service, they were 2 hours late, kept saying half hour only for one and a half hour, the number answered and said they are outside but they were not!!!, when they arrived I told them I was very unsatisfied with the time, they refused to work !!!! Said call the company , irritate them to get your money back !!!, the call center said they arrived they have to work but they refused to come in !!!!!!

سوء خدمه

الشركه غير قادره على ادارة خدماتها ، مره العامله تعتذر وما تجي ومره السواق مو موجود ( تكلم العامله تقول لك انا انتظر السواق !! ) هو بس تجميع ناس واشتراكات وبالاخير تتكنسل المواعيد او تتاجل !! .

Cleaner was very bad and stole

I had a bad experience with our cleaner. I booked a 4 hour clean and my house was not dirty. I mainly needed someone to dust and do the floors and bathrooms. I came home to find under the bed disgusting and the upper surfaces not wiped. She did not dust or use any of her “professional tools” to clean and she took all the change and money that was on dressers in the house. I tried to contact them and they said a rep will be with me in 2 min. 2 days later a rep responds and closes my ticket. They supposedly have a guarantee of service! I also tried again to open a ticket and it’s been over an hour and no rep has responded. I’m very disappointed. The stealing isn’t their fault but the fact that they have 0 responsiveness is insane.
