WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
These people don’t care about their customers. Untrained and unprofessional customer service even in the way they speak to you.
One time they came 1 hour late and only spent 3 out of 4 hours paid for. When I tried to get compensation, I had to raise the issue 3 times. Then they said we can’t do anything about it.
Another time, I missed their call and they canceled the service. I contacted them, they said will contact you within 72 hours to find a solution!!! So I have to wait all this time to get a new service?

خدمة العملاء سيئه
العاملات جدا كويسات لكن اذا حصلتلك مشكله؟ اتحداك تلقين خدمه العملاء، اليوم كمثال حاجزه موعد وماتواصل معي احد احاول اتواصل مع خدمه العملاء ماقدرت! التطبيق مايفتح خانه خدمه العملاء، الواتساب يقولي كلهم مشغولين وما اقدر اتواصل مع اي احد حتى لو كتبت يجيني رد الي، الجوال يحولني على البريد الصوتي، طيب زيارتي؟
وايضا من بعد التحديث، الزيارات القادمه في نفس اليوم ماتظهر في التطبيق ما اقدر حتى اتواصل مع السائق كأخر حل!

App update is bad
Since the app has been updated the maid details for the visits are wrong. Initially, there were no details for past or future visits, now after several updates, I can see the wrong details in the visits
