Very good staff but app is very since the recent update four months ago
I am very grateful to the decent customer service member who helped me on 3 rd of August at 9:13 am . I d recommend JAWA HR : convenient service hours & excellent clean friendly workers . Yet the app itself has turned into the worst app in the country with the last update it forced me to make around April or May 2026 : so many gliches unable to even rate the workers nor chat with customer service even whatsapp no one answers .

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
These people don’t care about their customers. Untrained and unprofessional customer service even in the way they speak to you.
One time they came 1 hour late and only spent 3 out of 4 hours paid for. When I tried to get compensation, I had to raise the issue 3 times. Then they said we can’t do anything about it.
Another time, I missed their call and they canceled the service. I contacted them, they said will contact you within 72 hours to find a solution!!! So I have to wait all this time to get a new service?

No way to report - app needs major improvements
I had negative experience with a cleaner and wanted to report it, but the app does not allow me to rate previous visits, leave feedback or block a cleaner. Every time I try, I get an error. The app also does not let customers reliably choose a preferred cleaner or prevent specific cleaner from being assigned again.
Customer service does not answer the phone, so there is no alternative way to resolve these issues.

1- they cancel visits when they want . 2- they have poor customer service you wont receive replies easily . 3- everyime new maid. 4- they dont care of customers. 5- yammak is recommended who have better services.

خدمة العملاء سيئه
العاملات جدا كويسات لكن اذا حصلتلك مشكله؟ اتحداك تلقين خدمه العملاء، اليوم كمثال حاجزه موعد وماتواصل معي احد احاول اتواصل مع خدمه العملاء ماقدرت! التطبيق مايفتح خانه خدمه العملاء، الواتساب يقولي كلهم مشغولين وما اقدر اتواصل مع اي احد حتى لو كتبت يجيني رد الي، الجوال يحولني على البريد الصوتي، طيب زيارتي؟
وايضا من بعد التحديث، الزيارات القادمه في نفس اليوم ماتظهر في التطبيق ما اقدر حتى اتواصل مع السائق كأخر حل!

Worst helper application
Worst customer service i ever had. I have a problem needs to be solved immediately because i will get my visit less than 24 hours and they are still saying we will raise it on system and it takes 48 hours. House cleaning and nanny’s are the same helpers. They come and they don’t know that they are a nanny, they thought they are here to clean. the difference between nanny and hours helper cleaning is the price! On the application they mention the visit details and the name of a nanny, but I receive someone else?

App update is bad
Since the app has been updated the maid details for the visits are wrong. Initially, there were no details for past or future visits, now after several updates, I can see the wrong details in the visits

طلبت عامله فليبينيه واكتشفت انها تكلم رَجُل فيديو وهي تشتغل وانا معها، انتبهووو لان جات نفسها لجارتي وكشفتها تسوي نفس الشي، يعني احنا وبيوتنا تصورنا لاشخاص غريبه، تم التواصل مع الادارة ومافي اي استجابه وكأن الموضوع عادي جدا

من خلال تجربتي، لم أكن راضية عن الخدمة المقدمة. وجدت أن التواصل مع خدمة العملاء كان صعبًا ولم أتلقَّ المساعدة التي كنت أتوقعها. كما لاحظت بعض الأضرار في الأثاث بعد التنظيف، مما جعل تجربتي بشكل عام غير مرضية. أتمنى أن تعمل الشركة على تحسين جودة الخدمة والتعامل مع ملاحظات العملاء بشكل أفضل
Rude driver and terrible customer service.
They don’t respect your time and expect you to follow up address details on WhatsApp despite sending the ENTIRE details upon requesting the service. I have informed them that i dont want to use my WhatsApp to send the location and they threatened to cancel the service ( not only that i provided the location on the app itself, but i also included a google maps link in my request)

I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service provided. There was a clear lack of respect for the customer and their time. Appointments were not honored, communication was poor, and I felt completely disregarded throughout the process. It’s unacceptable for a company to treat its clients this way. I expected basic professionalism and courtesy, but unfortunately, that was not delivered.
