This app is terrible at customer service; there's no response to their communication channels, and
it doesn't deserve to be considered a top-rated or trustworthy app. I absolutely do not recommend it.

لي الأن حوالي اربع شهور احاول الاتصال بكم هاتفيا و لكن لا احد يرد و على الواتساب رديتوا علي قبل فترةو الان لا تردون ،إذا ممكن تعطوني الطريقة المناسبة للتواصل معكم
Extremely bad Customer service
Previously they were beyond expert with their calls and updates on any service. But now their service has plummeted with their bad communication services as for example a book a day ahead to fix my washing machine and then after waiting 24 hours they cancel my appointment after they were late !! And no one called me. Even-though I called them and no one answered. I do not recommend wasting your time and money on a horrible service.
