حاطين مبلغ غير مسترد يوم طلبت استنيت ساعتين لان يحدد لك وقت فجاة يوم قرب الوقت اشيك انحذف الطلب مالقيته فالطلبات الجديدة ولا السابقة كأني ماسويت شي والدعم الفني محد يرد مو محددين ايام الدوام بس حاطين لك ساعات العمل وانا متواصل في ساعات العمل

١- أتواصل معاي الفني الاول وقال لا مااعرف اسوي صيانة لهذه
الشركة.
٢- اتواصلت مع التطبيق. وتتواصل معاي فني ثاني وقال انه حق تركيب سخان مو صيانة.
٣-اتواصلت مع التطبيق. واتواصل معاي فني ثالث يقول أنا قلت لك ما اعرف اسوي صيانة لهذه الشركة.
٤- اتواصلت مع التطبيق لاسترجاع مبلغي عالحساب البنكي. ولكن رجعوها على حسابي في التطبيق.
٥- أتواصل مع التطبيق ومايرد علي.
