Worst Hotel App
Downloaded this as the Centara Website is bad already but this App managed to be worse. They went out of their way to make it difficult for Customers to browse / book and compare Hotels and check offers - which I think should be the main focus of this app.. „Login“ to the App was difficult - booking the Room was difficult and Payment was unbelievable complicated.. Unfortunately I had to Allen’s the booking and guess what - that was also a pain. 0/10 would not recommend the App or Website.
