PAYMENT METHOD
The account itself have a really nice layout. But the payment method although they said they have updated it, its still confusing because, I can’t update the payment method into which bank account I want to use to make automatic payment for the personal loan and also its missing the option that even if I managed to update the payment method it doesn’t say in the app where will the automatic payment will be pulled out from. Im hoping they can fix this.

It’s horrible…
The app as well as the website are difficult to navigate. Most of the options lead to the same prompt that offers no help. It is ridiculous that Zelle isn’t available immediately. The look of the app is visually unappealing as well. Both manages to be simple in design and functionality while also being unhelpful.
