I have had Firstmark for a couple years and they’ve treated me very well. Every question I’ve had they always had an answer. they answer all my questions in a timely manner and my direct paychecks come in a day earlier everything‘s been great.
Replacement card.
My new card never worked and I went in to get it replaced and they want to charge me another $8 to have that taken care of. I told them it won’t swipe! It says cannot read. So I just do without a card and transfer money to my other bank when needed.
