Confusing
This new system is to easy to log in and very hard to understand - the old system was safer with ‘login’ and ‘password’. And much easier to understand. Don’t like new system at all. Don’t like all transactions on one screen, very confusing and hard to track. 🤔
Loyal Member since 1980 they now have screwed up policies
I arrived at 5p on Blanco Rd and they closed so I went thru drive thru. They would not accept a deposit over 2500. Because of their policy. I’m changing to Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union tomorrow.
