Easy to use
This app is so easy to use. The bank itself is outstanding. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I’d bank no where else.

I’ve traveled and banked at various banking locations and with different corporations.
Central Bank Illinois is the most comprehensive Customer oriented banking service on the market.
Other banks are impersonal and lacking the technical convenience available for a life on the go.

App is worthless
Need to be able to add payees on the app as well as add more functional payees to base list. Cefcu, State Farm Bank and Denver community credit union are 3 I needed to add. Not one came up online. I am withdrawing my direct deposit to another bank and will only be using to pay singular loan I hold with Central Bank. My only regret is I wish I had known before moving my auto withdrawals over. Probably 25 hours of my life wasted.

Updated iPhone
I just updated my phone a week ago and now my app won’t open for more than a second and then closes. Therefore I can’t do any mobile banking now.

Face recognition software
I recently got a new phone and am not able to access app as easy without facial recognition. I hope it is in the works!

Doesn’t work on new iPhone
Had to get a new iPhone and the CBIL APP doesn’t work on my new iPhone.

Doesn’t work when you get the new phone. Found if you delete the app and reload it, it will work again.
Horrible
This is a horrible app, period. It consistently informs me the network is busy or an unknown error. What is going on Central Bank???? Get your ducks in a roll and fix this horrible app.
Not iPhone 8 compatible?
Crashes before it even gets past the opening load screen. Didn't have that issue prior to upgrading to the iPhone 8 from an iPhone 7.
Doesn’t work with iPhone 8 or above
I loved the app until I got a new iPhone. The app will no longer load with an iPhone ate. When inquiring at the bank I was told that the app doesn’t work with any new iPhones. It’s been a couple of weeks and I haven’t seen any updates made to the app. Very disappointed!
