Fix your app!!
App is constantly kicking me out. Having to do that picture puzzle before I can log in and it keeps saying error please try again later. Please fix it as it’s pissing me off

Prebooked a taxi for an important meeting, when it was time to depart they cancelled it!

Messed app
Despite pointing my location on map (don't know house numbers here) and adding a note where I'm exactly, driver got completely different address and after my call he just cancelled my ride because I wasn't waiting on location he got.

The prices on the app are not accurate so don’t bother!!
I booked a taxi which was estimated to cost £11.80, actually charged my card £30 and when I rang to enquire apparently this is the fixed fee for airport drop off. But there is no mention of this when booking on the app, so watch out for hidden fees and paying nearly 3x more than you expect!

Worst company going used to be good now don’t even get a taxi it shocking want to be ashamed to call there self taxi company past few times ordered waited over 40 minutes which in at busy times to have no taxi turn up
DO NOT USE CENTRAL CARS APP IF YOU LIKE MONEY IN YOUR BANK !!!
I’ve used central cars for a number of years now and have always preferred over other taxi firms, but recently they have started taking a holding charge for no apparent reason to my knowledge. Plus another £10 has been taken from my account the same day with the same reference number. FOR A £5 TAXI IT COST £25!!!

Entering number for code sending
I’ve used this app for years without any problem, but now it wants me to login and enter my number so it can send a code. It starts the number for you with +44 so when I drop the zero to the correct format and hit send the app adds the dropped zero back to the number and then returns an error.
Fix the bugs
You can’t add card details and won’t verify my phone number. So, unable to use the app..

Nightmare app! Despite using the app for years it wanted me to re register. They want you to enter a code which says expired every time! Then when It finally accepted it said my details were not correct. Sort it out Central! Not good enough!
Won’t load
I use this app every day to get to work but since upgrading my phone to an iPhone pro Max, the app won’t open........ 🤬😡

Says my phone number is wrong so won’t let me register but it is definitely right

You update your details. Had to delete app and reinstall it. But other then that it's ok
