Central Dispatch is the officer companion app for agencies running the Central Dispatch system. It puts time-critical calls for service in your pocket and keeps your whole team coordinated during a response. When a dispatcher — or the automated dispatch system — creates a call, the assigned on-duty officers get an immediate alert with the call type, location, caller details, and summary. Officers respond with a tap and keep dispatch and teammates updated in real time. Features: • Instant dispatch alerts — receive new calls for service the moment they're created, even when your phone is locked. • One-tap status updates — Acknowledge, Respond, Arrive, and Complete, so dispatch always knows where the response stands. • Live team map — see where every on-duty officer in your agency is during a call. • Field notes and evidence — add notes and attach photos or video directly to the call record. • Secure sign-in — email-link or password sign-in, with all data scoped to your agency. Central Dispatch is provided to officers by their dispatch agency. An active agency account is required to sign in. Location: while you are signed in and on duty, Central Dispatch shares your location with your dispatchers and on-duty teammates so the team can coordinate during calls. Location sharing stops when you sign out.
