Confusing

Might be a bug or glitch but it is very tough looking for the amount due for the month as it read “$0.00 due now” on the “Account page” and the payment agreement just says $10. 🤷🏾‍♀️I’m just going to follow that. not my mistake, yours.

Horrible app

My account is no longer shin the app for some reason. I tried to select Delete Profile to try to add it back but the Delete Profile button doesn’t work. This is on top of Central Hudson reading my electric meter incorrectly three months out of the last five month. Do better Central Hudson.

Payment tab

The tab that lets you see your payments tends to not work. Id like to see that my payments are filed in your system. But that tab has pretty much been useless since I’ve used your company. I live with a roommate so I’d like to see if he’s paying his half and or the late fees he might be accruing.

Hello Harrier, If you go to the "Billing" screen, you have to tap on "Display Payments" in the "Billing and Payment History Table", that will show you all payments that have posted. If you still are having trouble please email us at cxFeedback@cenhud.com and we can walk you through it.

Non functional App

I’m paying 3x more in 2026 than 2025 for “delivery” and all I get is a broken app. We need HVPA to replace CH.

Terrible

The app doesn’t even open when you download it. And you guys are terribly overpricing people. A two bedroom for 900$ a month in electric for one person should NEVERRRRR be. Shame on you central Hudson.

Difficult to sign in and pay bill can’t navigate to change password. Terrible

This app is so slow. I feel like I’m on dial up it crashes when I wanna look at my billing. It can take up to a minute for the sign in to stop buffering and actually “sign in”! Before you ask me to email you more information, Central Hudson, remember that I don’t work for you and you’re not paying me for my information. But if you want to, we can negotiate an hourly payment for me to test your app.

Awful and useless

The app keeps bringing up the wrong account. Won’t allow me to update to the correct one and and changes I try to make it walks em through a long q& a then boots me off and shuts down. Can this company get anything right? It also pretends that every nickname is taken but that’s bs because I did a series of number and letters and it said that was taken. Such bs.

The previous app was much better and easier to use. It also displayed the current bill.

Rarely updated and always buggy

I don’t really expect corporations like this to have even moderately efficient UX design for apps. That being said, this is particularly poorly designed and maintained. The last update for example was three weeks ago in iOS 26 has been out for a couple of weeks at least. Error code upon opening the app no changes.

Terrible app update (12/2025)

App has crashed EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve used it since the update. Unusable. The old app wasn’t anything special, but at least I got the info needed and IT DIDN’T CRASH EVERY TIME!

Awesome app

I like the new update on this app , makes it easier to understand and navigate .

Mobil App

Not a fan of the new app. Doesn’t work as well as the old app. It freezes up and can’t allow me to hit the back button. I have to sign out and log back in

Where’s my usage history?

On the previous app I could easily compare usage to one year prior.
