No Cart Option
Recent update has completely broken the app. Order function has disappeared, and you have to create a new shopping list every time you want to add something to the list. This app is what I use to plan meals and shop for groceries and is now completely unusable.

CANNOT USE THE APP
You have updated where I can only use the App if my phone has 17 iOS! Well, it doesn’t, so I can’t use the app anymore and that is very frustrating and inconvenient!!
Not compatible with IOS15?
The app should be compatible with all smartphones. I tried to download the App on my IPhone7 Could not. Luckily I have a newer IPAD Pro and can download it there, but I have to take a picture of the barcode with my IPHONE7😳 not sure if it will work. It might. Also you should be able to put your phone number in at the register to access your account as backup. At WFDS you can.

Best grocery app
I love how convenient it is to shop at CM.
Codes
I don’t care what your policy is, it’s not your phone and I want to screenshot the codes because I can’t get internet in the store sometimes and have no way to access the codes. Horrible.
Always out of item you order
It’s a waste of my time to use this app and shop at Central Market. They sell you things they don’t have in stock. It’s easier to shop WF instead because they don’t sell you things you can’t get. I always have to supplement my shopping with an additional order from WF because just like today, Central market sells things they don’t have. Why bother? Heading to the AMZ app to supplement my Central Market order. Dear Central Market - it’s easy, stop selling things you don’t actually have in stock.

No option to share lists
This is an HEB option, but not central market? What’s up with that?
Must inspect as they load into the trunk
There are a few excellent people at curbside in Southlake. Unfortunately there are also the ones who don’t care about what they do. Lately those are the people I seem to be dealing with. I ordered low sodium V-8 and received full sodium. It seems to be the rule that I receive wrong items now. If I continue to shop at Central Market I’ll have to check everything as they load it.

Poor service
UPDATE after I called all of a sudden they have my order ready. When I arrived there was not one other car in the curbside parking, not one!!! But they felt the need to tell me my order wouldn’t be on time.…… I’m finding fewer and fewer reasons to use Central market. The shoppers don’t follow the instructions in the notes and they fail to honor pick-up times. They’re too busy today for a timely pickup but their competitor WF, can have my groceries ready for pickup in 30 minutes.

Useless at the register
I love Central Market and was excited about using the app to access digital coupons and offers. However, I will be deleting the app because it’s useless. When I add digital offers to use in the store, they don’t work. I was told by more than one employee that I have to add the offers days in advance in order for them to scan. That defeats the point of using the app in the store.

Central Market is the best!!
Love Central Market… Everything is so fresh and clean and the delivery from ordering your items to being delivered is seamless… My favorite app to order on they keep all my old orders and I usually order the same things so it’s easy.
Annoyed
If you want to piss me off, force me to update the app when I go to use it. Updating an app on MY phone should be MY choice. I don’t like being bullied or forced to make an app update.
Doesn’t scan at register
I love shopping at CM and i prefer to go inside and see the produce and seafood to get ideas. I avoided trying the app for a while, but finally tried it. The first time it would not scan at the register. The checker shrugged. “Sometimes it doesn’t work”. The next time it seemed to work, but I had not manually added offers. The third time, it would not scan at self checkout. The app looks like it might be good at placing pick orders, but for going inside it has only been annoying so far.

Mediocre so far
It would be nice to be able to clip a coupon at the register and use it right away when you check out and not have the delay of a few hours for it to be functional.
Out of stock
Every order I make there is at least 30% of my items out of stock. 1. They don’t have a system to reserve specifically for me, the items I order at the time I place the order. 2. They ignore my substitution choices and use whatever the shopper wants. I want to support HEB, but if I use this curbside system it means they push substandard or unwanted items on me 30% of the time.

Useless app
I’m sorry, as much as I love to shop at CM and wanted to use your app, it seems quite useless. On iPhone, non responsive in so many areas and just not worth the trouble. Horrible developers.
Coupons don’t work
Coupons don’t work. Despite clipping them and scanning the barcodes at checkout discounts are not applied. It worked in the past, but it’s been broken for ~2 months
