Bring back custom labels
Changed speed but now less customizable. I have to keep track of EVERYTHING I spend for foster care, adoption, union, non-profits. All of the custom labels history is gone. I would update my account bi-weekly with labels of things so I could print out sorted funds. Now I can’t go through a search and spend history. Can’t customize labels. Bring back custom finance labels! I could update a month of finances in 10 mins snd now i can’t.

Update is trash
Absolutely terrible update. Can’t properly update anything. Random phone numbers have been added onto the app that aren’t mine or my spouse’s. So idk who the H is getting MY information. Tried updating, it gets denied.

Lame Bank App
Every day I check my balance, I would have to refresh it three or four times in order to see my transactions. This isn’t NORMAL!!!!

We’ve been members for over 40 years. Great service. Easy to transfer, see your accounts and many more options. We no longer live in the vicinity of our credit union but we still bank with them. The check deposit etc has allowed us to add 5 more years to being a member. Thank you.
Transactions are a joke!!!
Most of the time when checking transactions, you’d have to refresh to a three times for the app to give a response.

Password PAIN
I absolutely hate the password rules they have. If you just happen to forget your password, then you’re caught in this never-ending cycle of changing your psw for life because you cannot use any previously-used passwords and the psw has to be “this” and contain “that” and can’t be this or that… too many restrictions that make it just plain frustrating!

The app straight up doesn’t work
I’ve tried opening the app several times over the last few weeks and it just doesn’t work. Either I get and error or nothing happens.

Banking
It has a lot of problems being able to log onto banking app. Can’t see my account yesterday and today. Didn’t read My messages maybe your working on it. Never experienced this with my other banking I’ve ever had.

The app is stating loading failed operation cannot be completed I am noticing that this is happening at least 2 to 3 times a month
