Love!

Cheap, great options, always updating with the latest shows. 10/10 recommend

Annoying

Every time you update the app you have to change your password or it won’t let you in! It’s so frustrating

User Hostile Experience

Totally user hostile experience.

Useless app, keeps forcing password change but the input fields for the new password disappear under the keyboard. No hope of entering a new password.

Went online on a PC, changed the password for the account there. Went back to the iOS app and it tries to force another password change!

Can’t access the app, can’t book any tickets. Totally user hostile experience.

In a word, pathetic.

ZERO STARS! Data breach 11 September they knew about this and only in October the notified people

You are clearly not that sorry if it took you so long to contact your customers!
I want to follow up on the recent emails we sent you regarding the data breach affecting our systems. As Chief Executive Officer, I acknowledge the seriousness of the situation and I would like to offer my unreserved apology to you for any distress or concern this may have caused.
Since our last update, we have been working closely with an external Cyber Incident Response (CIR) team to investigate the breach. We received a summary report of their findings after close of business on 7th October, 2024, which has helped us better understand the situation. We now have further details and want to provide clarity on what happened, the actions we are taking, and what you can do to protect your account.

What Happened:

We have confirmed that a data breach occurred in a staging database, hosted on a separate server, due to unauthorised access by a threat actor. This staging environment, used solely for testing purposes, is isolated from our main website and app. The breach, which occurred on 1st July, 2024, exposed various Personal Identifiable Information (PII) belonging to some of our members.

On 11th September, 2024, the Metropolitan Police informed us of chatter on the dark web indicating that a breach may have occurred. Prior to this, we had no knowledge or indication that our systems had been compromised. The initial police report did not include specific details or sources, making it difficult to verify the situation immediately, as we had no direct visibility of the data involved.

Stopped working

The app insists I update to version 1.1.22 and won’t work until I update. The Apple App Store only has my current version 1.1.20.

If I try to report a problem through the App Store I am taken to central tickets and can only report issues with tickets. Back it goes to a white screen asking me to update.l the app.
