Resolved an issue whereas Field Ops on iPad would stop sharing location when the app was backgrounded or the device was locked, causing units to drop off the map or show stale location until the app was reopened. Fixed an issue where certain Driver's License numbers were being converted to an incorrect value when submitted through a query, causing results to return for the wrong record.

The latest update is bad, horrible. Not user friendly, confusing, can’t find the old options we used to have. Thought it would get better with time but, NOPE. Still hard to use.

Still has issues

The auto logout is annoying. I constantly have to log back in and the simple pin code option is not available anymore. Also having an issue where units on certain call types are not visible, no filters are set. CS support is SLOW to fix these issues. ADD Car Play functionality PLEASE.
