App doesn’t work
The app worked for about 3 months now it just says there’s a delay and you can’t see or review anything.
Rarely works
This app has so much potential for managing WiFi time for the family. But after routinely spending 10 minutes at a time trying to adjust just one single setting on the app, I am quite disappointed. It constantly shows a message saying “the app cannot connect at this time.” Meanwhile every other app on my phone works perfectly fine. Too bad.

Great service terrible App
When I first got Centranet’s internet this app worked decently but not the best. Now the app won’t even let me sign in. Tells me it can’t find an account with the info I provide but then when I go to sign up using same info it says I’ve already got an account make sure my app is up to date, which it is. I tried to reset my password which it let me do but still can’t log in to use it.

Where is help menu
I really like this internet service I live in the country and have had no internet choices until now. My only problem is not being able to find the help menu or how to remove a device. U know how to pause a device but want to remove it. Please help.

Problem viewing app
When I first started using the app I was able to view all the data. Now I cannot view the data unless I turn off my Norton security. It worked fine for a couple weeks then all of a sudden nothing.
