We love the convenience of online banking but we also love the people at our branch in Theodosia. They always take great care of us!
Worse bank ever
I had my checking account set up to where if there was no money in the account then nothing was to be paid no overdraft then I receive a letter stating that I had an overdraft I owed plus a $38 fee I went in and again had them remove an $800 overdraft protection that I did not want again stating if the money wasn’t there then it didn’t come out so I would not have any overdraft fees. About 2 months later I receive a letter stating I had a returned payment and in insufficient funds fee if $30 witch they removed from my account right away which caused several other charges that were made on my debit card were all returned for insufficient funds each with a $30 fee none of which would have happened if they had not removed the $30 fee from my account leaving my account in a negative balance of almost $200 when I contacted the main office they refused to fix the problem if I had had overdraft protection they would have paid any payments and charged me a fee later

Great bank!
We are very happy with our new bank. We appreciate the extra steps we had to go through to safely and securely set up our online banking. We now have the convenience of doing virtually everything from home!
Transfers
I do not like the idea that you have to schedule transfers by date. I could not transfer any money over the holidays or weekends.

Outstanding site and bank
Your app is easily used and very friendly to move through the site. Not only is your app very user-friendly, the bank is very friendly and that’s why I still have my account there even though I live in Oklahoma.
Ease of use
Very handy. Took a few times to figure out how to make the picture of the check to show up. Otherwise definitely like this feature.

Help
My app has been crashing every time I log in for the past week! Won’t show how much I have in my bank as soon as I put my password in it crashes and goes back to my main screen
LOVE!!
I really love this app! It is so user friendly. And fast! It takes literally 2 seconds to transfer money between accounts! A big thanks to my small, hometown bank for having such a great app for those of us that are always on the run!
