I lost control of my account online, went into a Branch & a young lady put the app on my phone. I was very skeptical & angry. BEST THING EVER UNTIL TAX TIME WHEN I WANT TO GO BACK & PRINT CHECKS!

I love this banking company because I can trust money money will be safe , secured tightly, and I can take out how much I need whenever I need!! I darn near don’t need any other bank!

Hit & Miss on Opening

Lots of times user Id & Password placed online and App does is not recognize.
This has been more of a headache .
Spoke with customer service, rechanged pin … app still only opened once .
On next try states again account info not recognized.🤷🏻‍♀️

I Love The Online Banking

I love that I am able to check my accounts and pay bills.

Pending transactions is not working

Card based pending apps deduct from the available balance. ACH based ones do not. NO OTHER BANKS DO THIS!!! It makes the pending transaction list WORTHLESS!!!!
