I emailed their customer service to report this issue about 13 days ago and I still don’t have a resolution.

Amazing app!

We used this app and the podcasts for our recent trip to Barcelona and it was incredibly helpful! The podcasts were very informative about history and culture. Both the map and the recommendations from locals were spot on and helped us find some really great restaurants. Highly recommend!

Crashes

I downloaded the App to reference the maps and read the notes the podcast referred to. The App crashes. I enjoy the podcast.

Super useful and fun!

I’ve used this app and the related podcast for my first trip to Barcelona, and couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the suggestions, information, and advice. The map with recommendations works great, as does the real time chat with the local guides.

One note: performance for me was subpar on an older iOS device (iPhone 7). Worked perfectly on iOS 16.
