I emailed their customer service to report this issue about 13 days ago and I still don’t have a resolution.
Amazing app!
We used this app and the podcasts for our recent trip to Barcelona and it was incredibly helpful! The podcasts were very informative about history and culture. Both the map and the recommendations from locals were spot on and helped us find some really great restaurants. Highly recommend!

I downloaded the App to reference the maps and read the notes the podcast referred to. The App crashes. I enjoy the podcast.

I’ve used this app and the related podcast for my first trip to Barcelona, and couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the suggestions, information, and advice. The map with recommendations works great, as does the real time chat with the local guides.
One note: performance for me was subpar on an older iOS device (iPhone 7). Worked perfectly on iOS 16.

Amazing, helpful app!
This app was so useful when planning my trip to Barcelona. It was very easy to chat with the virtual concierge, and Neil responded immediately with helpful suggestions and tips based on our interests. He was also able to give us food recommendations close to where we are staying! The app itself is intuitive and easy to use. This will be an invaluable travel resource when it’s expanded to different cities/countries. Overall, I highly recommend this app!

Podcasts, guide and concierge!
We used the Cerca podcast and guides for our trip to Barcelona and loved visiting many of the places suggested. We also used the concierge service and were able to get real-time advise and insight to find places to eat and explore that were tailored to our needs. Amazing service!
Fantastic idea
This is a very cool way to get to know a city before you arrive. The stories are actually interesting instead of just listing off a bunch of places to visit, and the app is really intuitive. Highly recommended.

Some really wonderful content here. I'm looking to plan a trip to Barcelona and this really got my juices flowing. Being able to view the material in the audio in the map is super helpful. Nice design too

This app is so intuitive and has an easy user interface to navigate. One of the things I love about it is whilst listening to the Los Angeles guide is that the “List” part of the app is in sync with the narration so you can check out the points of interest as you listen along. Genius! This is going to revolutionize travel as we know it.
