Doesn’t work
It just stopped working. Keeps saying enter access codes as soon as I enter the app, but idk what access codes??
Needs updating
The app is outdated and terribly slow. It’s always glitching and sometimes does not even load to show the schedule. Needs changing and or updating ASAP!
NEEDS MAJOR OVERHAUL
As of today’s date 9/17/25 (currently experiencing an issue not being able to see my schedule). I see three pop up messages at the bottom. I will shorten each message; “Unable to load notifications,” “Unable to load calendar events,” “Unable to load filter details.” This app has had randomly consistent issues and this is the only way to check our schedule for work. I work for the county. If schedules are posted and we sign up for available and listed OT (opportunities) and need to see if they’re approved this is the only way aside from having to call and talk to someone outside of work hours off the clock. What exactly is being fixed when these updates are done? I tend to see more issues.

Please fix
The app hasn’t been working this month, it’s not showing my schedule and 90% of the time I get a message “Unable to load calendar events. Please refresh your screen. If the problem persists, contact Cerner Support.” I don’t have a number to call. Also, when I get a request to switch schedules with someone, I get several notifications all at once, although it didn’t do that this week.

Terrible app
This app never works. I have deleted it and reinstalled it so many times. I cannot get my schedule if I am not at work. I would give 0 stars if I could.
