About the delivery
Before Cernucci was good but now every time I try to order something there is always something with the delivery every time they said delivery attempt but they never do that they never attempt it
It makes me mad cuz we got plan and that keeps happening and everytime it’s always a refund but it’s not what we want we want the delivery not a refund

Kann ich absolut nicht weiterempfehlen, überall sind versteckte Kosten! Der Versand von 6€ ist schon hoch, dann kommen 5€ „Versandschutz“ dazu (was auch immer das sein soll) und falls man etwas zurückschicken möchte, wird einem nochmal 12€ (10£) für das Retourenetikett und die Bearbeitung berechnet. Wirklich Schwachsinn und dann ist der Schmuck auch noch aus Messink, sodass man den nach 2 mal tragen wegschmeißen kann.

Shipping
I paid for expedited shipping and got the email. The following day which was a business day my package was shipped but hasn’t moved since. With the expedited shipping they are like oh well. No that’s terrible customer service. Plus I had to reorder a necklace I had just over a year because it broke. Will never use again. Terrible. Even screenshot to show that fedex was awaiting the package with the tracking they sent and again it hasn’t moved in days. So won’t get it for when I ordered and waisted that money in shipping.
