Logging me out the app
It logged me out the app a day after I ordered something so I can’t check the basket or anything I have now tried to reset the password but again the link on my email doesn’t work it’s extremely sketchy and I can’t track anything that I have bought.
App is broken ???
Searching for clothes is fine …BUT when I want to add it to my basket the basket shows empty ??? I hope I’m not the only one struggling with this the only thing the app will let me do is add it to the wish list😬
Awful customer service
I wanted to return something and they have stated that I have to pay and charge and handling fee? Will never buy from here again, quality of clothes are dreadful as well and feels like cheap rubbish

Everything I’ve bought from here lately is an awful fit and the material is so cheap
Worst company & app ever
App does not work, does not display categories properly and basket always shows empty. Next day delivery NEVER comes on time, clothing quality is horrible, customer service attitude is dismissive and rude
