Worst company & app ever
App does not work, does not display categories properly and basket always shows empty. Next day delivery NEVER comes on time, clothing quality is horrible, customer service attitude is dismissive and rude

Used to love this store. Their shoe game has fallen off fs. What’s with the fake designer prints & logos? The Mui Mui & LV lookalikes are very tacky. Also why is there only one picture on some of the items? Ya’ll on a budget? How am I meant to decide if I want something when I cant see tops from the back or shoes from the top angle? Very weird. This store used to be good.

The app never works
Just updated the app and it’s still riddled with bugs. Can never favourite any items
SCAM
I tried to purchase clothes on this site and use Apple Pay as my payment. The app took money from my account but never gave me an order confirmation nor did the items ever leave my cart and the app said error in processing payment. I’m currently trying to dispute this now. This company and this app is either severely flawed or a SCAM

I’ve purchased a corset top and a matching skirt and top set but it’s not arrived and it’s saying it’s been delivered, I’ve also paid for next day delivery and it’s definitely not came I’ve email them and they’ve said it’s been delivered but it had not

I love EGO but I have paying postage especially when I spend a lot, but quality usually good I still will return and buy from them
App doesn’t work
The app does not show any of the clothes or items. I have checked back for several days, and there is no update for the app outstanding.
Terrible App
I have purchased from EGO online several times, and the website works fine. However, the app is terrible. When I go to an item, the page is blank. When I try to sort, it says zero items, so I have to give up and use the website instead. I’m sure they must be losing sales because of this.
AMAZING but..
I love shopping on EGO because the clothes are actually so cute and the material is really good quality for the price. My orders always come pretty fast too, which I appreciate.
But the app definitely needs work. It will say something is “on sale” and the price is literally the same as before, which is confusing. The pictures also don’t load sometimes, and the app glitches a lot while scrolling or checking out. Another thing — we really need customer reviews with pictures and details about the material and fit. That would help so much before buying.
Overall, I love the clothes, but the app performance needs serious improvement.

APP IS TERRIBLE!
I’ve shopped at ego for years now. I love the clothes… however, the app has always been awful to use. For some reason it only shows 50 items from your wishlist, starting with the oldest things you have liked. To find the new items you have saved, you must scroll to the bottom and delete items from the top for the new ones to show!!! Ridiculous. For such a big company, you’d think they would sort the app out but no. Pls fix the app!!!

Never received my package. I requested for fast shipping and my package has never been delivered
Terrible app
Has caused me nothing but stress since I’ve got it, put up with it as there is good clothes but the app is honestly the worst I’ve came across. It has selective amnesia when it comes to buying unlimited next day delivery as I must have bought it about 5 times yet it still says I have never got it. I have made multiple orders yet the app shows me one which is funny because my bank account remembers more. Even made a new account thinking the app just personally hated me but it clearly just hates everyone because that resolved nothing. Use the website this is a piece of piss.
