Worst Company & Worst App
First of all, CESC as a company is a worst company. You’ll always find power cut in Kolkata whether it’s a rain, slight storm or extreme heat wave. After power cut, they don’t have any other reporting option but this worthless app. In the app, after you report power cut, the status becomes resolved immediately, even if the problem has not been resolved. No one is responsible for extended power cut. Power cut may happen during morning, afternoon, night or early morning. CM should close this company or bring other private companies as competitors such as TATA or Adani. Worthless App & Worthless Company.

I’ve been using this from very long time it’s really nice
Could have been better
There are so many drawbacks my fingers will pain writing. No productive work can be done in this app. Should not have been released to start with. No UAT done. Poor design. Complain can be registered but then it goes in blackhole. A weird unnecessary music on launch ….Good for nothing
Pathetic
I am very dissatisfied with this application. It does not function well on iPhone and performs poorly overall. Considering CESC is such a large and reputed organization, this level of quality is extremely disappointing and unexpected.

The recent app does not take complaints when we are experiencing power cut..every time it is showing system error..previous app version was good..this is worst

Useless app for those who have more than one account or wants all the family accounts together to manage and pay bills using the app

What a waste. CESC can't even make an ios app, which could even start to open. Always shows "please download updated version"

Helpful app
Cesc App has been very helpful way of getting things done without physically visiting the offices. Have been able to resolve queries like online AC application with ease.
Apart from that have also been able to check online bill amount and make payment online and keep a track past payments on my fingertips.
Also notifications help in keeping track of payment cycles and alerts about any service related issues like outages help in planning ahead.
A must-have app if want quick resolution!!

Update being asked in app, I which is not on App Store .
When inside app it’s asking to update, clicked on the same link taking me to App Store where the button is for open.

Never work on ios
The app on iOS platform never gonna work. It always says update to the latest version while checking in app store its the latest version and no more update available. So we are stuck in this loop.. hooray
App does not open
As soon as you try to open the app, it says ‘A new version of the app is available…’ and redirects to the app store. However there is no new version available for download. Not sure why it is still available on the appstore. Useless app

The app asking that an updated version is available but it’s no where to be found

It is saying new version available but even when I tried re downloaded it it is showing the same message

On opening the app it suggest to update to new version and is redirected to the appstore, but no update avbl in the appstore. Hence this app dont work for me. Plse suggest any other option to use this app.
