Don't know what these people are talking about but I loaded it no trouble at all. Several times used and not only does it work every time it is fast. Status only updated when shipment scanned at each handling point. Everyone should know that!

When it does open you can't track anything. The drop down areas freeze the app leaving you to hard close the app. Deleted.

Really Ceva?
Just downloaded the app and it keeps crashing. Please fix the issue or pull the app.

I have been using iPhone since first generation and have used thousands of different apps. Never seen an app that just crashes and nothing else. No use at all. Absolute Zero. Nada. I hope this shipping company didn't pay anything to the developer, and actually got their money back for the bad reputation they are getting. This app is a black spot on iTunes App Store.

App hasn't been updated for iPhone 5 and newer screen sizes. App crashed upon submitting a search.

App says it tracks in real time. If that were so then why did I receive my shipment and the app said they haven't picked it up from the shipper yet?

The website is better...
Pros: It will tell you when your package has been picked up from the sender, and will tell you when it's been delivered. (But both of these things you'll already know, right?)
Cons: No push updates, and it can't provide the same level of info as the website.

Not useful.
Should be sending push notifications when the package moves. Instead it just tells you what the website does, so really I'd just use the browser and save the install space.
iPhone 5 screen support would be nice too, maybe even a map view to see where a package was and when. Really push notifs are the only must have feature.
