App freezes!
This is one of the worst trucking apps, last year it worked somewhat normally, but lately freezes constantly and can’t use at all. I’m on latest iOS version and tried to delete and reinstall. no luck😕

Can’t post a truck keep closing out the app, also my notifications don’t work properly on iPhone sounds don’t alert

2 Major Gripes with this App
There are 2 major issues I have with this app. 1) No notification sound when there is a load match, despite me allowing notifications in my phone settings. This is such a HUGE miss. I miss out on a lot of matches because of this. I saw another user mentioned this same issue about a year ago. PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS!!!
2) When I upload documents in the app for my completed deliveries, it still shows “Need Delivery Docs” despite me uploading several times and receiving an “upload successful” confirmation. I have to call in to NTG after every delivery to make sure they’ve received all of my documents. The call center has said they are not sure why I keep seeing the error message, but they received everything from the upload just fine. Small but very impactful and inconvenient bugs in the app.

Notification Sound
The app is overall ok. The only issue I’m experiencing is no sound. Example, if I have a matching load available for my posted truck only a screen alert but no sound. All notifications settings sound work with every other app. Please fix.
