Totally scammed, I was scammed of $500 and it’s getting out of hands 😭😭😭

I deposited $500 on cex and I was unable to withdraw the money into my account, don’t be the victim please they’re totally scammed

SCAM APP for sure!

I’m writing to warn you about my terrible experience with the CEX app. Despite investing $200 and making money, I couldn’t withdraw any funds. When I reached out for help, the customer service team ignored me. Worse yet, they deactivated my account without giving any reason.

Please, don’t use this app. It’s not trustworthy and they don’t care about their users.
I have proof!!!

Can’t withdraw funds!

This app will let you put your money so easily but as soon as you want to withdraw $20 or more you CANT! DO NOT DOWNLOAD

It’s an okay app/ site . I have to get used to things and understand what I’m doing which is part that I am still working on learning. The site and app is fast but it takes a bit to learn

If I can give 0 I would!

I want to start by saying that I rarely take time out of my day to write a review even if I am upset. This is one of those rare occurrences where I am frustrated. I genuinely believed that cex can be an alternative to some of the wallets which I have used thinking that I can use it to withdraw my cryptocurrency directly to my bank account. Even after looking at some of the reviews and the responses over here I was unsuccessful at withdrawing the funds. FYI: there is no orange button with 2 arrows in the bottom right of the app for withdrawal. Anyways. The first time I withdrew money out of cex it was a breeze. But now for the second time all it does is fail transaction without any reasons. I even tried converting from on crypto another and so on. I even tried sending the cryptos to another wallet. They all fail. Every time I convert from one crypto to another I lose money.

Note: also there is no customer service. I have emailed several times with no responses to my concern.

I will not recommend this app to anyone. Just use coinbase or someone else.

STAY AWAY! THEY DO EVERYTHING TO HOLD YOUR FUNDS!

I deposited for “instant buy” and it’s been 3 hours and i cant even convert or withdraw my money. No phone support. No live chat at all. No reply to emails. How ridiculous!
Save your money and go elsewhere! It’s really frustrating.
What a scam! Will have my bank reverse it and report this!
