The speed and the loading time used to be faster before they implemented a card options , this is really useful app, please fix or rectify receiving bandwidth or internet speeds faster , and also animations are a bit glitchy…

Please create a delete button for old cards added for cashing in or out

Potential noted but very inconsistent

This app could be such a game changer in Jamaica but the marketing and education have been severely lacking. Additionally, the services provided are soooooo inconsistent the app’s purpose of convenience quickly becomes defeated. When they work they really help bridge the gap for accessibility to simpler financial services but I am constantly getting an error message stating “Sorry something went wrong” whenever I try to do the most basic task which the app boasts to provide easier alternatives for in the first place. Being affiliated with NCB, the poor experience here is disappointing but not surprising. Get it together!
