Took me awhile to complete the onboarding process. but I keep saying to myself, remember this is Jamaica you are dealing with so things might not be smooth and fast. But after about two - three weeks of back and forth with the lovely and professional customer representatives In the chat feature, I was able to complete it all. I love Jamaica and I know sometimes getting things done can be drawn out and if you are not determined, you might give up. Maybe it’s bureaucracy and red tapes, but like I said just know it’s never easy and keep trying and have a ton load of patience.

Not sure this is fit for purpose
Continuous problems logging in “ suspicious behaviour “ messages no apparent reason so end up having to log in using web version. What the point of a banking app that won’t let you log in at will. Developers need to scrap this mess
