The speed and the loading time used to be faster before they implemented a card options , this is really useful app, please fix or rectify receiving bandwidth or internet speeds faster , and also animations are a bit glitchy…

Lynk is so convenient, useful and easy to use.
Potential noted but very inconsistent
This app could be such a game changer in Jamaica but the marketing and education have been severely lacking. Additionally, the services provided are soooooo inconsistent the app’s purpose of convenience quickly becomes defeated. When they work they really help bridge the gap for accessibility to simpler financial services but I am constantly getting an error message stating “Sorry something went wrong” whenever I try to do the most basic task which the app boasts to provide easier alternatives for in the first place. Being affiliated with NCB, the poor experience here is disappointing but not surprising. Get it together!

Lack of customer service
I tried withdrawing money on 01/29/26 and I didn’t get the cash from the Abm I have been reaching out since in regards to resolving the matter and I’m left in the dark with no response I heard from them about a week ago stating I should give them some time it has been over 10 business days and I’m still waiting I didn’t get my money back to my account and I’m stilll waiting for a response

Having issue getting new version
I have an iPhone 13 and I was told to update from old version I’ve tried but no result so I’m wondering if I delete the old version to download the new version if all my info will be lost and I will ofto sign up all over again ? Any one to relate ?

Disappointed
Lynks as been out from 2021 or 2022 and everyday has been a hassle with multiple problems among its not reliable,everyday having a issue of cant moving money and then they expect us to be patient with them. Its a utter disgrace.

I can’t setup I even deleted and reinstalled

It’s the best thing NCB ever came with I think they need a card now because not all the time I will have internet to do a withdrawal and also raise the limit .

ABM Cashout always fails.
Every single time I try an ABM cashout, the app deducts the money but the ATM dispenses no money at all.
Didn’t test it yet but need it to be able to go on my other device
