The Little Engine/App that couldn’t

This app takes forever to open, almost like it’s using so much pure effort with so much heavy, heavy lifting with tons of data, that it just plainly takes over 5 minutes to open - IF IT DOES NOT TIME OUT OR NOT LOAD AT ALL.

CFB App Simply Doesn’t Work.

Whoever the developer is, they can’t keep up. My app stopped working weeks ago and the case is still open. When it did work, paying a fee for mobile deposits is a bit of an insult.

The WORST app I have ever used

I never leave reviews but this app is an absolute joke. It’s terrible! It works maybe, maybe 1% of the time the rest of the time it gives the message “application error”. Not to mention the last update was 2 years ago…Seriously considering leaving this bank not just due to the fact the app never works but they also charge .75 cents every mobile deposit..just a lot of little things making it not worth banking with citizens first bank.
