Worst App on my phone
This app hardly ever works the way it’s supposed to. Literally every time that I try to sign in, it doesn’t allow me to use my Face ID, and I end up having the get an email sent to with a password reset link, reset my password (iCloud doesn’t save for this app), have a text sent to my phone for verification, and then return to the app, login with new username and password, have another text sent to verify my device. It’s so frustrating. I just want to check my bank statement. It’s easier to just call the teller for things that I need, rather than to have to deal with this trash app. You’re a bank!! Find some money to pay some developers to make a decent app. I’m 30 years old and very tech savvy, the issue is your app, not me.

It’s on the Fritz
The app keeps freezing up on me and it’s the 4th time I had to delete and re-download the app and it still isn’t working. The easy banking just became difficult to online bank. Please fix the issues and thank you.
