Works well most of the time
Good app most of the time, frustrating lack of options when it doesn’t. My needs are few, just reliable access to funds and bill paying, which it does. Updates are usually seamless, regular but not excessive. Archival transaction function could be improved. Overall B+.

I am not happy that I wasn’t told the truth about their farming out the bill pay so the company can’t tell you whether or not your check has cleared. Might as well go back to writing checks at this rate because at least if I mailed them I could actually see them clear our account unlike the way it really is. I have a storage unit that still claims they haven’t received our payment and I am receiving late charges and are now being threatened with more late fees because this damn bank wasn’t truthful.
