Alert
I got a new ATM card and I updated the info with this app. Since I have been using the card there is no alert via text when I use my card, am I doing something wrong??? I want to get text/ alert when I use my card … thank you

Saved my peace of mind
I’ve used this twice to lock my account when I misplaced my card. So easy! Also … love that it alerts me with each purchase. My sister said she wished her bank had this.
Nearly Useless
Transactions can show up as both “pending” and “posted” on the app. You can’t tell what your true balance is on your credit card account. I spoke to a representative and he was no help. The only thing this app is good for is seeing transactions. That can be done in the online banking account. So what’s the purpose of this app? Disappointing.

An Inconvenient Waste
Works fine for checking your banking information but their regular banking app is better suited than this one.
Downloaded this app solely to use the rewards points but it keeps saying “There is an issue with the system. Please try again.”
If the app actually worked to redeem points, I could give it higher than 2 stars but it hasn’t yet. I would give it at least 3 if it was possible to redeem the points on a website, but apparently that convenience has been taken away and replaced with this annoying, broken app.
