Limited functionality
Much less functionality than the website. I basically use it to view balances and that’s it. Desperately needs to be modernized
Totally Inaccessible!
Love your CD Rates, but not being able to log in to either the App or Browser to view my savings is rather jarring and a dealbreaker. I am uncomfortable having my money parked in your institution now.

As other reviews mentioned the app no longer lets me sign in. I even tried changing my password and still doesn’t let me sign in. Please fix your app
Never Recognizes My Password
I have had this app for almost year. I have defaulted to using the website instead because it never lets me sign in. It doesn’t recognize my password. But online recognizes it. It makes no sense. I have called customer service several times. They told me to use the website. This is not convenient! Tonight I went on the website to transfer money, but that is not working now. Very frustrating.

Here’s one, the app stinks. And I can’t even log in to try it. Online access to my account via the web is fine but the app is useless.
Worst bank ever
I’ve never took tone time out of my day ever to write a review but this bank is that bad!! I cannot access my money for nothing, it’s like they are holding it hostage!!! I guess they make their money off 50 dollar closing fees because I’m sure that’s what everyone who gave this bank a chance did. And I’ve been trying for a few months now. Absolutely terrifying and horrible.

Not the quality I was hoping for.
I recently opened a new account with CFG. Most of the reviews for the app were negative. However, I was hoping that the app has been improved upon since they were posted. I now have to agree that the app is very basic and doesn’t provide the necessary functionality that I expected. I can’t even see what linked accounts that I have set up unless I try to make an external transfer. The real disappointment is the the website is even worse! Makes me question whether the high yield offered is worth the inconvenience.

App needs work
VERY basic app. They need to put the interest rate somewhere on the app, & keep it updated. No way to send messages directly to customer service. Many improvements needed

The app no longer works!
Doesn’t work with Keychain
Whoever makes this app has a critical design flaw. About every two weeks I open the app and try to use keychain to input my password but keychain and my other password manager app for some reason won’t work with the app. The only solution is to delete the app and reinstall.
Hard to make an online deposit
The app is making it impossible to deposit online. Nothing happens even when I repeatedly deposit the checks.
