The benefits are great plus the options you get to move money with ease, pay bills, do wire transfers, and get a Vibe pickup or delivery is fantastic

It would be five stars if we could turn our debit cards on and off through the app.

App is clunky, unreliable and customer service is unreachable/non-existent.
Removing account features
They completely eliminated the debit card cashback, no Zelle function as others noted, APY is no longer competitive with savings banks.. so naturally my usage of Primis is going to be much less now and it’s disappointing. They also never rewarded me for certain promotions they advertised.
And that app icon! Why does it still have that “upgrade” text on it, so unnecessary.

Unreliable
They have a poor history with maintaining technology, things are always down and very buggy. Due to an internal error they had on my account, I cannot access my own money for days and they have been very unwilling to help, despite admitting it’s their fault. Except only I, the customer, is paying a heavy price.
