Please note that for all iOS apps, Apple completely controls the entire billing, payment, and refund process on their platform. As developers, we do not have access to your payment information, nor do we have the ability to issue or approve refunds directly. We highly recommend reaching out directly to Apple's official support team to appeal this decision, as they are the only ones who can process a refund for an accidental purchase.
