Never up-to-date
I paid off one of my loans weeks ago, and the website correctly reflects this. However, the app still shows it as “in progress.” They continuously encourage users to rely on the app, yet it doesn’t display accurate information.
Upload documents
Upload documents does not work! You would think if you required your customers to use this app they would at least try to keep the app up to date, but no they don’t. It hasn’t worked in months yet no updates.
App doesn’t work
I’ve tried several times and this app won’t let me log in at all. It has turned out to be a wasted effort. It needs to be corrected or taken down.
App not downloadable.
Must sign in from Apple app store. Very bizarre.
Need hyperlinks to go back to home page
I’ve been using this application for about 3 months and when I try and load docs it only takes a picture only and cannot load any more than the first page.
Plus, after loading a page at time it’s impossible to go back to home without rebooting the iPhone and or delete the current application and reload it and start from scratch all over again.
Having links that go back to the home page would solve many of the issues with this website as well as have another button that I will load more than the 1st page of each bill in question.
