Do Not Recommend!
The negotiations process is dragged out. When I called to inquire, I basically hit a wall after being transferred to multiple “different” departments and numbers. The settlement(s) amount plus monthly and negotiation fees usually equate to the enrolled debt or more. This program does not provide any help to get out of debt, it simply collects money on debt already owed. This program is the definition of taking advantage of one’s financial hardships.

Authorition
I have been contacted a dozen times to authorize this settlement. Each time I said authorize and yet I continue to get multiple calls and texts asking for authorization. I also called 3 times
