User reviews

Frustrating and nerve wracking to use.

I will say, I love what the app is offering. The way it works- if it ever connects- is extremely helpful and makes me feel safe when managing my money.

However, this does not matter if I can’t get into the app. There is always a connection issue, or it says establishing but it never actually loads. This is extremely frustrating, and makes me very nervous when I can’t access it in order to unlock certain merchants, or to lock the whole card when not in use. I couldn’t get gas this morning because I couldn’t unlock the merchant.

Maybe it shouldn’t connect to a second app, and keep it separate with a different login..because I do very much appreciate the app’s tools.
