Termin gebucht und Meldung auf dem Bildschirm „bestätigt“. Nächsten Tag nochmals geschaut, keine Terminbuchung vorhanden. Anfrage bei Praxis- keine Buchung.

Gut gemeint, aber

Die Idee der App ist gut, die grafische Aufbereitung ok, die Sicherheitsfeatures (2.Faktor etc.) gefallen.
Aber die Arztsuche funktioniert katastrophal schlecht und damit ist die App schon KO.

Miserables User Interface Design was dringend modernisiert werden sollte und auf Mobile Devices optimiert werden muss
