Bad app design
1. App log out immediately after signed in and required second login.
2. No biometric alternative of mail 2FA. No option for other 2FA.
3. Updates and clearing on cash balance is not real time.
3. No option to choose display as account balance or balance including margin.
4. Slow and non-responsive charting
5. Bad colouring design (please engage UI designer)
6. Lack of auto calculation of purchase value in order book.
7. No MAX button option in order book
8. No option to filter overall realised gain / loss by specific period
9. Below benchmark compared to peers.

Slow to log in the apps.
iTrade needs to improve about the application login, because after logging in the application I need to login again, always need to login twice. Then after the application update, using code from the email for log in a bit slow because need waiting 6-digit code sent via the email. For me using biometrics such as face and fingerprint is secure enough to log in the application.

Defeats the Purpose of Face ID
Face ID is enabled but the app still forces email OTP every login. This completely defeats the purpose of Face ID and shows poor authentication design. Adds unnecessary friction and wastes users’ time. Fix this.

We live in 2025 with passkeys and biometrics but the login feature is from 2015 where you have to manually wait for an email EVERY SINGLE TIME. I will switch to a new app in a heartbeat if i could transfer my shares

Very fxxx apps. Always sign out itself and some time need log in few times.

OTP nuisance
The app logs out and keep on sending OTP to login. Please allow the OTP to login once or twice a day enough not every time to login, annoying!!
App inconvenient
After update each time log in require email verification . it is inconvenient at all.
Poor Apps
Having some frustration beforehand, CGS keep sending back to login page after 30s. Have to log in twice every time. The new F2A, I have to login more than twice because the OTP have to send to email for verification.

Customer service
Got issue with the account and their customer service is not supportive keep asking me to visit their office. Worse trade platform ever
No out recalculate average price
Under portfolio the average buying price is not automatically re-calculated when you sell some of the shares. All other international platform has this capabilities. Also you cannot choose the stock that you bought at higher price first. It is always first in first out.
Keep Disconnected
Keep need to re login at least 1-2 times … the apps keep disconnected and jump out from the portal
