The app beats those of so-called media organizations any day of the week (eg. CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, etc). Keep up the good work!
Can I have the contents in Chinese too?
Where and how can I read and listen to CGTN in Chinese? There are a lot of international audiences that can understand Chinese too.

Balanced worldview news!
Unlike news here at home, I get to hear perspectives from other countries instead of just from US dominance. It is heartfelt, refreshing and hopeful instead of fearful and aggressive.

Best international Chinese news app
This is an honest review: this app is actually really great! There are 5 languages available. You can read, save and comment news articles, which are very well organized into various categories. There is a diverse range of topics covered in CGTN. The videos are impeccably well made too. You can even watch TV live broadcasts from the app, as well as replaying them. The app includes insightful and interesting documentaries too. New fresh content is always uploaded. If you’re interested in or curious about Chinese news, international geo-politics, technology, culture, sports, from a Chinese perspective, I highly recommend this app! :) 👍💯

Audio issue
I couldn’t get the audio player to stop after exiting the app. So i had to delete the app to turn off audio. That is not a good situation.
Cannot open App
Lately this App cannot open. Close within 1–2 sec.

Unreasonable design, too little effective information, only 3-4 news can be displayed on the first page.
Only support new phones.
Forget it if you have old phone. They don’t care about you.

La aplicacion ha mejorado Mucho desde la anterior version , tanto su aspecto como su presentacion, es una app perfecta para conocer tanto china como Àsia en general, ofrece una gran variedad de noticias y documentales para quien quiera saber mas de oriente.Perfecta si quieres ver las noticias desde otra perspectiva que no sea la (monolítica ) occidental .

How to enable notifications?
It’s really nice app for news. But how can one activate the notifications?
Great app for several reasons
1. A good balance. We are inundated with negative news about China from western sources. It’s great to hear positive news about China from the source.
2. A great app. This app is really well built and just very user friendly and very aesthetically pleasing.
3. No ads.
4. Not intentional, but great for language learning. If you’re learning French, Spanish, Russian, or Arabic, you can change the settings in your account to get the news in those languages. Most of the news articles have video and audio along with the text. There is also a translation feature directly at the tool bar to quickly see the article in your native language or many more target languages.

Chrome cast
Great content (particularly the documentaries) but really wish I could chromecast to the big screen so I could watch together with my husband or other friends.
A Good Alternative for Western Viewers
I love that this news source is entirely free and ad free! If you’re reading this, you have to recognize that this is essentially the propaganda arm of the CPC. And that’s not necessarily a bad thing. It allows for some alternative views that run against the western current. Personally, I’d recommend consuming some western media with it so you don’t become insanely one sided. It’s very important to keep a balanced view of the world. I like the app overall. It’s good because you know what it is, an anti-western perspective that is pro Chinese. It’s really no different than western propaganda like CNN or Fox News, it just has a different bias, which is important too.
