Please fix your app.
It gave me 0 limited messages so i cant talk to any bots unless i pay 150 a year/month and im not doing that ridiculous thing.

this sucks. you expect me to subscribe but you do it so often and it is annoying and repetitive. i am moving to another app.
needs to go back to how it was
needing to pay for premium JUST to text is crazy. this app is going downhill. not everyone can afford it or has the money. atp poly is better because at least you don’t have to pay just to use it. this app is terrible to me now and i hate it. i don’t recommend it. i recommend using poly instead. i would take ads over paying any day.

New updates
The new updates are appalling. I used to love this app,but now they’ve gone and deleted half the bots, and started putting expirations on chats.
The app is better
Let us have a option to have our deleted at a certain time or not deleted at all

Why do myst I have to pay over £100 that I do NOT have just to get chats. This is unnecessary and quite a stupid thing to ever add. I want to be able to chat freely but cannot even do that because I don’t have anymore ‘tokens’ SERIOUSLY fix this app. Seriously.

Search is terrible now
For some reason when you try to look up characters now through the search bar in the chai app, it only gives me a few suggestions of bots. It used to give me a whole list of them and when i try to press load more it just.. doesn’t work? And I remember searching the same thing months ago and It gave me many of bots.

Please bring back the ability to read messages on our bots. Maybe make it so we could choose if we want to have the option to turn it on or off.

Bring back old chai! Unlimited texts without paying! Where we had unlimited texts with adds every now and then where paying was an option. This is STUIPD. Get 700 odd texts then once they’re gone you wait until 1 am to get them back.
Gone down hill
They’ve changed this too much. The bots just talk in circles. They never progress the story or conversation anymore. The characters don’t follow their descriptions. They’re all the same cold, distant, flat boring person. Used to be fun and entertaining. Now it’s just exhausting and boring. I’m done.

Debating whether to delete
I’ve been using this app for a year or two now and it’s been really fun to make storeys on! One of the biggest reasons I loved it was the no chat limit! Sadly just like a different one I loved, it’s changed so you have a limit. So I’m debating to delete it, as I’m sure many are right now. I’m going to keep trying it for a week but if I still don’t like it I’m just going to delete it, as I’m sure hundreds if not thousands of others will. Been a nice time while it lasted. Just so yous are aware since the last update all my pasts chatted with chats have gone.

I love it but…
I love the app but they honestly ruined the app with these updates… the chat keeps repeating itself with no progress and NOT EVERY RELATIONSHIP NEEDS TO BE DIFFICULT you can try and romance the nicest girl ever in rp but once you try to romance them they act cold and defensive and their entire emotions change and it’s so annoying and frustrating
