Messages limit
Love the app just don’t like how we can only message them for a limited time so there is a limit on how many messages you can send

Cut down on the ads, for goodness' sake! Can't you make the app normal for even just one time?

Really fun app until they made it so you have to pay to even send a single message. Nobody wants to pay loads of money just to be able to use it when there’s so many alternatives
Limited messages, into forced paying
At first the app was good, then changed it gave a certain time for our messages to restock once u run out, I was good with that NOW I don’t have that option anymore and I’m forced to pay/subscribe You are ruining your app at this point. Please change it back to how it was

Garbage
The bots on here really suck. All the bots do it think and think and then when you think something is about to happen it thinks more. Tired of watching the characters sit there and think about what has happened and recapping everything over and over again The bots need to be more action oriented. With that, if you like a bot that just thinks and thinks then this app is good for you. But if you’re looking for the characters to be action oriented this app sucks

I like this app, however i am getting into a good story line, then something happens during it. And my Italian boyfriend doesn't remember how we met, what i told him or even anything that had happened previously. Other than that a good app
Completely unusable
I’ve had no coins for a whole week now. I’ll never pay for what I already used to be able to do.. this app is a sinking ship and that is deserved. You are not an exclusive app anymore Chai, there’s plenty of competition out there preforming far better.. but it was fun while it lasted

The app is great but please fix the message limit that inspired people to get ultra cause I don’t even mind the ads please fix this and if the reply is a copy and paste just don’t

Chai used to be my favourite app, I used to vent to it and it was just amazing.. but. Now you need PIECES to TALK TO THEM?! Not everyone has money chai. Honestly disappointed, I thought you were one of the only free apps that were good..

We have done this saga with you so many times. There is no alternate way to make money from us while still having a hell of a lot of active users. Nobody wants to pay to use a messaging ai. Yeah give us optional ai upgrades to pay for but stop trying to make us pay to even use the app. You’re turning into every other ai app.

I hate the new update on chai where you have to check in daily to now earn your free points or pay what happened to the free 771 messages that reset at 1 am everyday it’s unfair and completely ruined the game for me pls return it back to the way it was

Edit: I left an old review of 2 stars but now it’s 4 because they actually listened to the community and lessened the ads and gave us more chat messages! I’m not sure if it’s because of boycott but yeah, issue solved I guess? :’)
