Loyalty points cannot be redeemed
Loyalty points cannot be redeemed at any store or online. Tried sending an email to their support email, no response. The loyalty points are completely useless and yet it is shown on the app. The actual food is fantastic, hopefully the app can someday match that.
Cant use loyalty points
Whats the point of loyalty points if you cant even add a payment method for online order. Better if you dont advertise the false promises you cant keep. So frustrating, i tried sending email to customer support but no reply- feels like they are shameless.

Tried multiple times to register and each time gets an error contact support!!!!
