Address override
Since the new update the app now tries to guess where I want my pizza delivered based on my location instead of using the address I had saved in my profile.

Bring back the regular dough!
Itβs disappointing that Freshslice now seems to be cutting corners by making the pizzas with thin crust instead of the regular dough. This happens whether ordering in person or online.
I even specifically asked an employee to make my pizza with regular dough instead of thin crust, and they said yes. However, when I received the pizza, it was still made with thin crust.
If customers are asking for regular dough, the order should actually be made that way. Please bring back the regular dough option and make sure employees follow customersβ requests.

One coupon offer not working
I noticed (late July 2026) that an offer for 2 slices for $4 seemed to have returned. However, as of writing, there is no option to make the coupon work/proceed. Maybe I have to wait until August but other offers do have selectable options.
Horribly made app
Doesnβt even let you see your active orders or if you successfully made an order, horrible design
Where is order history
The app is so poorly designed, order history being hidden behind selecting a store then seeing recent ordered. Just make a recent orders tab.
