Since the new update the app now tries to guess where I want my pizza delivered based on my location instead of using the address I had saved in my profile.

Bring back the regular dough!
It’s disappointing that Freshslice now seems to be cutting corners by making the pizzas with thin crust instead of the regular dough. This happens whether ordering in person or online.
I even specifically asked an employee to make my pizza with regular dough instead of thin crust, and they said yes. However, when I received the pizza, it was still made with thin crust.
If customers are asking for regular dough, the order should actually be made that way. Please bring back the regular dough option and make sure employees follow customers’ requests.

One coupon offer not working
I noticed (late July 2026) that an offer for 2 slices for $4 seemed to have returned. However, as of writing, there is no option to make the coupon work/proceed. Maybe I have to wait until August but other offers do have selectable options.
Horribly made app
Doesn’t even let you see your active orders or if you successfully made an order, horrible design
Where is order history
The app is so poorly designed, order history being hidden behind selecting a store then seeing recent ordered. Just make a recent orders tab.
Delete Accoount button does not work
They have included the delete account button to comply with Apple’s rules but the button is completely useless and it does not work at all. Even their support do not answer when contacting them
Pickup Time Incorrectly Set to Two Days Later
When placing an order shortly before midnight (for example, March 24 at 11:57 PM), the system automatically sets the pickup time to 12:00 AM two days later (March 26), instead of the expected next day (March 25 at 12:00 AM).
Let me order pizza ASAP please
Why does the app force a scheduled pickup time minimum 30 mins out when I want it submitted right away? Useless “feature”. My local store makes orders in less than 15 mins, I’ll just stick to calling them directly.

THE CEO TRIED TO ABDUCT A CHILD OF A WORKER WHO TRIED TO SPILL THE BEANS OF THERE CORRUPTION AND GREED THERE FOOD IS NOT SAFE TO EAT THEY SELL EXPIRED PRODUCTS TO THERE FRANCHISEES WHICH THEN THEY SELL TO THE PUBLIC. GOOGLE THERE LAWSUITS AND SOME INTERESTING STUFF WILL COME UP. OH AND THEY HAVE RATS RUNNING AROUND WHERE THEY MAKE THERE DOUGH. JUST DONT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. THEY ONLY CARE FOR MONEY.
